Sicilian Pistacios

True Italian pistachios come from Sicily. In fact, most pistachios consumed in Italy nowadays are imported from Iran and Iraq. Sicilian pistachios are slightly longer and thinner than those grown in the Middle East and they also seem to have a sharper, stronger taste, due perhaps in part to the volcanic soil in which they’re grown. There are no more authentic pistachios than our Sicilian Pistachios.
