Madernassa Pear Vinegar

The Madernassa Pear tree has large dimensions, and was until recently part of the landscape of the Langhe and Roero Hills in Piedmont, Italy. Herbs between each bunch of trees acts as a natural way of keeping insects away to ensure the tastiest pears to later be turned into vinegar.
