Baldo Artisanal Risotto Rice

A type of short-grain rice that is used in much the same way as Arborio rice for creating risotto, our baldo rice with its unpolished and rustic appeal, cooks up creamier than any other risotto rice. The grains are stickier than other popular varieties of rice that are often used for risotto.
