Italian "Pignulet" Polenta

This incredible polenta is made from a rare heirloom corn from Northern Italy. This corn represents a very special variety from the Cuneo Valley of Piedmont,Italy. The word “pignulet” means fist, which reflects the unique fist shape of the ears of Pignulet corn.
